Kim and Noel with better path homes were great to work with. They communicated clearly, And worked through obstacles to get us to the closing table. I Look forward to doing more deals with them in the future.

They were very nice and helpful. We were able to close within 30 days which was wonderful. They were very understanding of our situation and were compassionate. I highly recommend them. They were even willing to see if they could find personal items that were in the attic after the house fire that we couldn’t get to.

I’ve worked with this company to list a few homes for them now and I am impressed. I find Kimberly to be a delight. She responds so quickly and is so helpful to me. As the Listing Agent, I have a lot on my plate and knowing Kim is there as a fellow team member, it makes the entire process more seamless. I appreciate her so much.

Better Path Homes is one of the best company to work with selling your home. Zack, Noelle, Zac, and Kimberly Rodezn. Kim has went above and beyond to help make sure the process was painless as possible. She always kept us informed on the next step and what to expect next. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home too.

From start to finish, we couldn’t have had nicer things to say about our experience. We were truly lost with where to even begin with the whole process and Kimberly and Brett stepped in, reassured us and practically help our hand throughout the entire closing. Kimberly is truly an asset to your company and was a pleasure working with. I would recommend this company and this team to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation wanting to get rid of a property in the easiest way possible.
